A one-of-one vinyl record commissioned by Dublab, featuring real meteorite pieces from the Admire Pallasite, discovered in Kansas in 1881. I created this art object over the course of 5 days, pouring 4 layers of epoxy resin, using a custom silicone mold I also created.

A design project benefiting pioneering non-profit internet radio station dublab debuts Space Chairs assembled from vinyl record album packaging at Alcova’s art motel during Art Basel’s international art fair in Miami.
The project entitled decades ( in space ) commemorates two decades of dublab’s space-making cultivation of global experimentation through community-generated radio. The limited edition copies of the album conceptualize connective space of all kinds. The album’s “make space” kit includes a chair assembled from the album packaging designed by NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory UX Designer Marijke Jorritsma, Sustainable Experience Designer Daniel Perlin, Architectural Designer John Vieweg & Arts Technologist KamranV, who is also the album’s producer.
The project’s installation at Alcova Miami is presented in a golden room inspired by outer spacecraft which use gold for thermal protection of the craft through space. In the room attendees sit on the unique, galaxy-laden chairs while listening to the rare quadraphonic spatial vinyl record, immersing the listening space via four speakers for temporal bliss. A one-of-one edition of the record designed with multi-disciplinary artist Dyan Jong and design researcher Rucker Manley has real outer space rocks embedded and will also be on display as a part of the exhibition.
decades ( in space ) is a non-profit project of 10 songs by 20 musicians on quadraphonic vinyl supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts with artists donating works with all proceeds benefiting dublab.

From the TAAF website:
AAPI Heritage Heroes was a special created by the hands of our community, for our community, by The Asian American Foundation. TAAF AAPI Heritage Heroes is a creative, inspiring program that centers six heroes from our diverse community and shares the stories of their work, their world and their wish for the future of our people.
In six short films, each directed by inspiring AAPI auteurs, we’ll dive into the world of the honoree, exploring not only their contributions, but the AAPI culture that made them. Woven together by celebrity presenters, comedy musical performances, the TAAF AAPI Heritage Heroes special will be a celebration of the ‘everyday extraordinary’ heroes in our lives. Heritage Heroes are people who illuminate the world. They power our communities and light the way forward. These are the people who face the darkness and just say, no.

Creative Direction
for Woosung “GENRE” Album Visuals with Annie Stoll.
Album release December 09, 2021. We created a visual identity from concept to post, including album/single covers, artist photos, visualizers, Spotify Canvases, and social media assets.
We worked with EEG artist Bora Aydıntuğ to create visualizers which are artistic interpretations of Woosung’s EEG brainwaves. His brainwaves were captured while he listened to each of his songs on GENRE. The abstract waves move across the canvases like paint strokes and sound waves.
When Woosung wrote the album, he saw each song with its own vivid color palette. In our creative direction, we see Woosung’s voice as his paintbrush, and felt this technology could visually connect Woosung’s wide-range of musical expression and multifaceted artistry. In connecting Woosung’s voice, art and story, we hope to bring his fans closer to the world of GENRE that lives in his mind.
